Users must be at least 18 years of age, or the applicable age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher, in order to register, access, or interact with any content on the PLATFORM. By creating an account or otherwise accessing the PLATFORM, each user represents and warrants that they satisfy this age requirement and are legally permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction to access adult content.

Users must not engage in any illegal, unethical, or harmful conduct through the PLATFORM, and attention is specifically directed to sections 1(d) and 1(e) of the Blocked Content Policy, which categorically prohibit any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors — whether depicting real or AI-generated persons — including child sexual abuse material and any AI-generated content that resembles a minor.
3. Content Moderation for Minor Protection
The protection of minors is among Aipornchat's highest priorities. To support this commitment, we have deployed a multi-layered content moderation system, incorporating proprietary AI-based filtering technology, that operates continuously to detect and prevent the generation of content that may depict, resemble, or sexualize minors. Outputs flagged by this system are subject to manual review. Where a review confirms a violation, Aipornchat will take immediate remedial action, which may include the removal of the content and the suspension or termination of the associated account.
4. Removal of Non-Compliant Content
Any content that Aipornchat determines, at its sole discretion, to violate this Underage Policy or the related provisions of the Blocked Content Policy will be removed from the PLATFORM promptly and without prior notice.
5. Reporting Suspected Violations

6. Account Termination and Law Enforcement Referral
